Fight with a wrench and lost!!

As for most of you, you know my husband very well. You know that no matter what he does he is accident prone! Whether it is snowmobiling, skiing, four-wheeling, working, whatever....he is accident prone. Well he usually comes home with tissue missing from his knuckles or gooseegg bumps on his head from smacking it on heavy equiptment, but today he came home with a black eye and small cuts around the eye. When he called me this morning and asked me if it was normal for the surrounding of an eye to bubble up after smacking it, I got concerned. The pics I have posted do not give the bruising justice because of the flash, but like I said.....He got in a fight with a wrench and The wrench won!!!

Man...That had to have hurt!!

Jesse & Lilie

He just loves this dog! We argue over who's dog she is. I say she is mine and Jesse says she is his.

Lilie does love Jesse, but some days I think she can live without him. He does like to tourment her, he also loves to push her in the stroller.

You gatta love this face!!
Well the same day the the kids played with the powder, Jesse and I was in his room wiping things down, when I had to take a phone call. When I came back into the bedroom, his face looked like this!! He got ahold of one of my sample Mary Kay Emollient Night Creams and said that he had a rash on his face and it needed lotion. Kids!?!

What a Mess!!

Well just a quick post, I just wanted to add some photos of what the two kids did last Tuesday. About 20 minutes before Les was to arrive to pick up the girls, I went in the bedroom to check on the kids. They had been playing in Jesse's room like normal, when I opened the door and everything was white. The kids were white, the bed was white, toys, carpet, tv, both dressers and the VCR, white, white, white. I was a little frustrated with the kids and made them sit in time out while I got the bigger toys out of the room so I could clean them, then I made them go and pick up all the other toys, and they both had to vacuum half the room. I am still finding powder on the walls and of course that is still in the carpet. It will be along process to clean. I know that later on in life I might think of it being funny, but between both the kids, I dont think they will do it again. They both got in trouble for it, and still not knowing who started it, you can tell by the photos that they both had a great time!

Gagoon!!!

Well, we went to Lagoon on Sunday. Jesse absolutely loved it. He was tall enough to go on 4 of the adult rides, which meant that Randle and I wasnt able to go any of them with the two of us (the roller coaster rides). We would have had to gone on them by ourself, which is not that much fun, so one of us could stay with Jesse. But we did have a great time. They have this ride call the dino-drop and it makes your stomach fall. Jesse had a ball. He wanted to keep going on it. Randle and I took him on it twice. He also loved the TidalWave, where if you have never been, it is a boat that rocks you back and forth. The first time he went on it, he had the look of death on his face, but when it was time to get off, he asked to get back on. We waiting an hour or so and took him back on it, this time, he laughed and raised his arms with Randle. We also took him on the scrabbler and the Tilt-o-whirl. I think my child is pretty brave for two years old. He loves all the rides that made his stomach drop.
We took a cooler and made sandwhiches, that way we didnt have to pay the high price for food. We had a great time. Jesse kept calling it the big carnaval. When we finally got it in him that it was called Lagoon, he pronounced it "Gagoon"...Until next time.

Toby Keith

Well, Last night was the big night!!! Randle and I went to the Toby Keith concert at the USANA Amphatheater in West Valley. It was such an awesome concert. I am posting the photos so you can see....AND TOBY...What a HOTTIE!! Randle and I had a great time. My brother, Jason, he came and sat with us for a bit, we also saw Tawnie, a friend of the family, there too, she was just two rows in front of us. We all had a great time and I cant wait for him to come again. Our seats were 11 rows back from the stage. We were able to see everything. There were three new comer bands that played before Montgomery Gentry. I dont remember all there names, but the Trailer Choir, I liked alot. They sang a way funny song called "beer gut". I hope you enjoy the photos.

Lilie has a boyfriend

I just had to post this. This little dog keeps coming over to our house and visiting Lilie. She loves it and cries at the back door everytime he comes over to go out and play with him. I think he lives in our neighborhood, because he comes so often. He hasnt came in the last week though, I think his owners finally put him on a thicker leash, the last one he chewed through.

Labor Day

We went up to Mt. Pleasant for Labor Day and spent the day with my family. My parent, earlier this summer bought some property up there so that they would have some where to camp and not have to fight for a spot. They bought 5 acres and have been going up every weekend for a while getting camping spots made and putting a road in. It is a nice get away place. We went for a 4-wheeler ride for about 3 hours. We loved and and Jesse did too. I got some great photos of the view from the top of the mountain we rode to, as well as some of their property.
